🔁 Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Our patches are single-use, skin-applied wellness items, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges—even if the package is unopened. This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensure product integrity.
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- Your item arrived damaged (photo evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery)
